This Privacy Policy describes how Yeh Solutions LLC, doing business as Picky Mouse ("Picky Mouse," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Picky Mouse website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We collect information that you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Service, and information received from third parties.
Information You Provide
When you use Picky Mouse, you may provide: email address, username, display name, profile photo (avatar), review content, ratings, review photos, food preferences and profile preferences, and feedback and support requests.
You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not function properly.
Authentication Information
You may sign in using Email One-Time Password (OTP), Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
When you use Google or Apple Sign-In, we may receive information associated with your account, such as your email address and basic profile information, subject to the permissions granted by you and the provider.
Content You Submit
We collect content you upload or create through the Service, including dish reviews, ratings, photos, saved dishes, likes, follows, and public profile information.

Location Information
Picky Mouse uses location information to provide nearby dish and restaurant recommendations. We may collect:
Precise Location
When you grant permission through your device: GPS coordinates and device-provided location data.
Approximate Location
When precise location is unavailable: IP address-derived location and regional location information.
You can disable device location permissions at any time through your device settings, although some features may become unavailable or less accurate.
Device and Usage Information
We may automatically collect device type, operating system, application version, language settings, time zone, IP address, log data, diagnostic information, and usage statistics.
This information helps us maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to provide and operate the Service, create and manage accounts, authenticate users, display reviews, ratings, and profiles, recommend dishes and restaurants, provide location-based features, personalize content and recommendations, detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents, moderate content, respond to support requests, improve functionality and performance, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Photo Processing and Moderation
Photos uploaded to Picky Mouse may be processed using automated systems and human review, to detect prohibited content, detect adult or explicit content, detect spam or abuse, verify compliance with Community Guidelines, and improve platform safety.
Photos that violate our policies may be restricted, removed, or otherwise moderated.
4. Public Information
Certain information is intended to be public, including username, display name, public profile information, reviews, ratings, review photos, and public activity associated with reviews and dishes.
Information designated as public may be visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines where permitted.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances.
Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers that assist us in operating the Service, including providers that support cloud storage, authentication, email delivery, infrastructure hosting, analytics, security, and content moderation.

Picky Mouse may obtain restaurant, location, and business information from third-party providers, including Google Places and authentication providers such as Google and Apple.

Users may request account deletion through the Picky Mouse application. Account deletion requests are governed by the Picky Mouse Account Deletion Policy.
Following deletion: personal account information may be deleted or anonymized; certain information may be retained where required by law; certain information may be retained for fraud prevention, security, auditing, recordkeeping, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we may take steps to delete that information.
